場所は、国道4号バイパス東京方面、須賀川市滑川十貫内入り口交差点で、HONDAフィットに煽り運転を受けて、左車線から強引に抜かして行って車線変更する際ノーウインカーで他の車を煽り抜かして時速100以上の速度で東京方面へ！見かけた方は、要注意！ちなみに運転手は、男！
