ボディーにコケが付着した汚い白色の初期型ヴィッツ。
5/29.12:45頃、石川県鳳珠郡穴水町内→能登空港方向、精育園付近からギリギリに後ろベタされた後、制限速度を明らかに超える速度で追い越し、さらに前車にもオラオラ運転。
ジャンパーを着たオッサンが運転（同様の場所付近で、度々見かける車なので常習と思われます）。
