狭い道を幅寄せ走行中に歩行者の腕にミラーが当たり、降りてきた運転手がその歩行者を怒鳴りつけ、胸倉を掴み、脅迫と共に側頭部を殴打。以前も近隣で住民とトラブルを起こしており、長時間路駐や早朝の騒音含め迷惑行為を繰り返している。
