平日8時過ぎ、白ヘル白スクーター眼鏡親父が前方交差点赤信号を察知するや否や歩道に侵入。
エンジンかけっぱスクーターを降り、手押しダッシュで別の歩道へ繋がる階段に一直線。
そして階段を下り切る前にスクーターに飛び乗りそのまま歩道を50m爆走。
