30プリウス。車体色シルバー。4624。ローソン奥州江刺稲瀬店手前の側道から県道14号に入ってきた後、車間距離を極端に詰めたりハイビームにしたりなどの煽り行為を数キロにわたり受けた。煽り車両は北上市街方面に猛スピードで走り去った。当時雪が降っており路面はシャーベット。自己中心の危険運転のため、警察へ情報提供。煽り行為の一部始終を前後ドラレコに記録済み。
