黒？グレー？のVELLFIRE、50-60代男性1人。停止線を踏み越えて交差点内で5分以上車を止めていて、後続に大迷惑をかけている。コンビニに行くために止めたとのこと。すぐ近くにコインパーキングがあるのになぜ使わない？110番しますよ？と聞いたら、お前の頭はおかしいと言ってきた。道交法を理解せずに何も気にせず車を止める行動がおかしい。歩道側から手で制止したところクラクションを鳴らしまくって騒音公害を起こしている。結局対向車線にはみ出して逃げていった。
